mac's demise and the future of the edl

well after the recent demise of the universally loathed mac,the sights have now been turned on the also universally loathed edl,after a weekend that saw 179 of england’s dumbest layabouts finest being locked up for fighting in a pub,people are suggesting that maybe it’s time that they to are outlawed,but would this really solve anything,of course if it happened tommy could take the hint and fuck off,but can you really see that happening,all that would happen is that they would either reform under a different name or scarier still go underground.I don’t know about you but I like my stupid,deluded racists where I can see them,as it stands they’re not a threat,most of this great country loathe them and see them for what they are,the likes of the excellent expose ,hope not hate and such regularly show them up for what they are,they provide the world with ample evidence that they’re not just against extremists but muslims in general,don’t get me wrong I would like my kids to grow up in a world where there was no groups like mac,edl or the kkk,but as they are here I would like them to be fully visable,so I can show my children what racism is and why it is bad,if they go underground I fear this would make them more popular amongst the thick and the dissafected who are looking for people to blame for their problems,they would in their eyes become the “persecuted” they already claim to be,the problem with banning them is that we live in a country that has free speech,if we criminalise the edl,all we are doing is making a rod for our own backs,I say let them speak,give them all the airtime they want,because they spout such outrageous bs that they’ll take all the rope given and promptly hang themselves (not in a literal sense wouldn’t want anyone to think that I’m encouraging them to kill themselves),anyone who disagrees with me on this only has to research interviews already conducted with members of the edl,question time,george galloway’s talk show etc,etc.but take away their right to speak and you take away their biggest weakness,the fact that wen questioned on or confronted with any evidence that contradicts their beliefs they crumble and resort to the abuse or excuses we’ve already seen.so while of course the edl are loathable,at least we can prove that they’re loathable and hopefully can save at least a few people from placing their loyalty with a drug taking convicted criminal with no more interest in them than in obeying the law of the country he claims to love and “protect”

I sign off in my customary way with peace and love to you all and in case I do not get a chance to do it,a merry christmas to you all and a happy new year,I’m off for a cup of rose tea and to wrap some more presents,and if i do not get back on until next year you will probably see a meanier bitchier me as I plan to give up smoking for new year,and will be unbearable to all but the very chilled.

so tower hamlets,the big one,what a load of bollocks,let’s see,well for a kick of the edl didn’t even get to tower hamlets,the police wouldn’t let them,can’t think why,out of their “tens of thousands” of supporters 1,000 turned up,there may have been more,but maybe the temptation of the myriad of pubs on route prooved to be too much,so there were only a thousand,however 1,500 anti edl turned up in a counter demo,so not as supported as you thought eh lads,there were 60 arrests,for offences such as drunkeness,violence etc. the usual stuff you’d expect from England’s Dumbest Layabouts,and amongst those arrests was a coach of people,a entire coach!!! nice to see the rank and file dragging the “great” name of the edl down further,the holy one himself turned up,yes people his royal tomminess was there,in breach of his bail conditions,he turned up in a fake rabbi outfit,for reason’s known only to himself with a newly balded roberta “batshit bob” moore on his arm,again for reasons known only to himself as we all know that the rank and file as a whole despise her,by the way i’m taking bets on roberta being bald coz the growler scalped her in a bitch fight.anyway back to tommy,so he turned up and gave a speech to the assembled thugs and coppers where he tells them all that he’s not signed on at the cop shop (as he’s meant to) and that he’s breaking bail conditions,then as he comes off stage is led away in handcuffs,and later on arrested and he and his followers are in shock i mean what has he done wrong except for breaking the law,today he was remanded in custody and has announced that he is on hunger strike (presumably coz they only serve halal in nick…trufax),and the edl is in shock,the holy one banged up,still given his long record,he’ll be used to it,he may even be given his old cell.now i could use this opportunity to ask tommy to take his punishment like a man,but i’d be wasting my breath as he’s banged up and cant see this,so i will be celebrating in my customary way…with a cup of rose tea and a fag and maybe a lemon curd tart as i made some more lemon curd today and still baking like mad.

so the edl are going to tower hamlet’s on the third of september they’ve hyped it up massively,it’s going to be the biggest,the best,they’re going into the “lion’s den” etc,etc. except it’s not going to plan,firstly theresa may has stepped in and stopped them marching,so now it’s a static,secondly it’s seems the edl are plagued with a lot of armchair warriors,happy to spout stuff on facebook and online in general but when called upon to go to demos and show their support…erm “sori tommy i’m painting the fence/washing the car/counting the ceiling tiles”thirdly it seems that the great british public just don’t seem to like them,though they’re at a loss to think why,well let’s pause for a moment and consider why the great british public seem to dislike them. let’s start with their general demeanour and attitude,for you’r average edl’er if you dont support them then you’re a traitor to “r cuntery” (our country-for the uninitiated) and if you’re against them and therefore a traitor then you get verbally abused and your personal details put on their pages so one of their brethrin can come around to your place and give you a good talking to,if you dare to show them being wrong with facts,the same thing happens,then there’s their behaviour at their “peaceful” demos,what tends to happen is that they rock up at the town they’re “peacefully protesting” at and proceed to get drunk,abuse the local population,cause havoc for the police,the council,residents and business owners by generally acting like thugs and smashing up the place,which makes it even more incredible that during the riots they went out in force to “protect” our streets,the police claimed that their “protection” took away vital police resources from where they were needed to deal with them,it seems the only thing people need protecting from is the edl themselves,and lastly and most importantly is their leader-Tommy Robinson aka Stephen Lennon,a man that spouts so much shite he needs a nappy over is mouth,most people can tell when someone is insincere and they do not like it,and this man is as insincere as they come,he is a publicity seeking media whore,if it wasn’t the edl,he’d be fronting something else that would get him press attention,he neither cares about the edl cause or the supporters,he’s prooved this by ripping them off at every opportunity,he takes advantage of the poor and the outcast by telling them it’s the muslims fault they’re poor,that they have all their jobs,stealing their benefits etc,etc then flogging them over priced crap and pocketing the cash,and this is why the public in general do not like the edl.anyway back to the topic in hand,tower hamlets,for a while now edl demo attendance has been dwindelling,they claim to have thousands on demos when it’s only hundreds and at a recent demo they claimed to have hundreds when an edl member who was actually there bemoaned the fact that fewer than 50 people had turned up,fewer than 50!!! this is from supposedly britain’s biggest street movement,today the edl admin on their facebook page have been asking their followers to vote on whether they should attend tower hamlets or not,this is because a london newspaper has asked their readers to vote,and the response has been mixed,from sycophantic yes’,people questioning whether the demos’ have any effect,through to local division admin whipping up their members into a frenzy trying to boost the numbers,all this points to one thing,the edl is dying on it’s arse,I could take this opportunity to ask Tommy to realise what is happening and bow out gracefully,but I’d be wasting my breath,instead I’m gonna make myself a nice cup of rose tea,have a fag and sit back and watch it implode.

okay i’m emma peel,i’m always whinging about being skint,spend loads of time baking,far too much time baking actually,always trying to give up smoking,never succeeding,love my kids to distraction,have many hobbies one of which is taking the piss out of the edl,and this particular hobby brings me a great amount of joy,whether it’s challenging their views with facts or just generally having a laugh at them,it always makes my day to expose their views as the tripe it really is,so the point of this blog is basically to allow us all to point and laugh,if you’re looking for something serious and hard hitting,there’s expose who are on facebook and tumblr who do a fantastic job at this,i cant recommend them highly enough,but this is just for the lulz.
